The Conference + Workshops registration fee includes:

  • access to both ICAC and SASO conferences
  • access to all workshops and tutorials
  • access to the Doctoral Symposium
  • lunches and coffee breaks from June 16 to June 20
  • welcome reception on June 16 and conference dinner on June 18

The Workshops only registration fee is per day, the options are: June 16 and/or June 20.

The Workshops only registration fee includes:

  • access to all workshops and tutorials on the selected day(s)
  • lunches and coffee breaks on selected day(s)
  • welcome reception on June 16

Important information for your registration

At least one full registration (non-student) is required per each paper accepted to the main conference.

FULL REGISTRATION: if you subscribe a full registration, you are allowed to present one MAIN CONFERENCE paper and one DEMO/POSTER/WORKSHOP paper

STUDENT REGISTRATION: if you subscribe a student registration, you are allowed to present one DEMO/POSTER/WORKSHOP paper

If you purchase a student registration, proof of your student status must be available to present during the check-in at the conference venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund of the total amount reduced by the handling fee (50 EUR) for refund requests sent by email until May 13 to elisabet@umea-congress.se. No refund will be possible from May 14. Refund requests must be duly motivated.
